Verado Jewellery Australia uses Australia Post Standard Mail Services for general registered postage within Australia or Express Post to get your special purchase quickly and safely to you. There are standard rates for all products shipped within Australia, ranging from $8.25 for a small parcel through to $13.45 for multiple and bulkier items. Express Post up to 500g (1 to 3 business days) is available for $15. Collection of products from our premises is available by prior appointment only.
Verado Jewellery Australia does ship our custom made products overseas. International shipping can be arranged with Australia Post, however, prior to placing your order, we request that you please send us an email detailing exactly where you are located, street addresses only, so that we may contact Australia Post and negotiate an appropriate shipping price.
Express Post is Australia Post's premium delivery service designed to give you extra peace of mind.
As well as expedited delivery, Express Post secures a signature on delivery and you are able to track your item online. Should no one be at home to sign for your delivery, a card will be left advising where your item can be collected from.
Express Post allows you to know precisely where your articles are and when they have reached their destination. We will email the tracking number once the article is dispatched so you can track the shipment.
